Update it so the flashlight actually lights up not the screen with iPhone 4

We need EKey professional to come out ASAP

This by far has been the best and easiest way to open lockboxes as well as maintaining them. Only issues Ive had is when I update my device and forget to re-set it up, after a quick call to support, issue fixed! I highly recommend this app for realtors!

All was fine with the app until the latest update. Will not open. Crashes each time. Makes it tough to show clients homes. Tech support has no solution.

Unable to get update codes twice in two days, certainly unreliable

With all the thousands of real estate agents using this critical app and the amount of lead time that has been provided to app developers, seriously why hasn’t the team at Supra/United Technologies already confirmed that app is compatible with the final product releases? Surely they have been working on this for MONTHS!

It is convenient to have the phone work as my lockbox key. It is ridiculous that the app uses gps 24/7/365 if installed on the phone, even when the app is not in use. Do not give it permission to use location services and be prepared to be asked "have you finished the showing" every 5 minutes during the showing.

Must bring showings tab back if you want a better review. This is not a smart move, all youve done is piss off a ton of Realtors. You deserve no stars.

Cannot delete this app in order to reinstall.

The ekey app is fabulous, works every time and is so convenient! Thank you Supra for having a solid product!!

I love that the app will now directly connect over Bluetooth to a lockbox. My problem is the Location Settings only allow "always" or "never." I have to swap back and forth everytime I use the app because leaving it on "always" drains my battery from the constant pulling of my location. This app needs a "while using" location setting!

The app works fine. The only problem I have with it is that the location services are always on to use the app. I understand the need for having it turned on, but why not give users the option of having it turned on only when using the app? Its an unnecessary battery drain. Would give 5 star review if it gave me the option to only have location services turned on when using the app.

Used to like the this app very much. Since mid-July 2016 I have noticed that data consumption is up dramatically. I have traced this down to Location Services being on all of the time. Curently using 2.3.1.423 in iPhone 6s operating under iOS 9.3.2. During this period I have had an extra $45 in ATT data charges. I have spoken with Supra customer service and their suggestion is turn off location services for this app when not in use. This is an unacceptable solution. This app needs to work like so many other well designed applications that only have location services on only when the application is in use. You forces us all to these Blu-tooth lockboxes that required this application and we are paying you guys lots of money each month. Please fix your app for iOS 10 beta. The app gets stuck on the "connecting" to lockbox step of unlocking the box. This app does not get updated enough, it STILL doesnt work with iOS 10 beta!

Every time I use this app, its asks me multiple times to turn on location services. Annoying as hell. I said "No" once. Thats should be it. Options are "Always" and "Never". No option for just when Im using the app. Thats garbage. My location all the time or even when Im using the app is none of Supras business and it ads nothing to the functionality. Its not the Maps app, you know. Even that, I can select only when using. You guys need to fix that.

You dont have to have your location on. Its just with Apple and their iOS update it wants you to have your location on for all apps. If you turn your location off its fine. But if you use ekey professional its best if you have it on because it has the MLS on their and connects to your navigation. Agents should ALWAYS ask Supra when you have these kinds of questions!

With all the things you need to remember, its nice to know that an extra key or set of keys isnt one of them.

I have been waiting to speak with someone for 49 minutes and counting! Last time was over an hour. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The "above average wait time of more than 15 minutes" is just that, the average! Technical support will take you forever so pray youre not with a client when you need it. The supervisor, Randy, left me more anti-EKEY then when I got on the phone with him. Smh.
