Supra eKEY App Reviews

The Supra eKEY app succeeds magnificently in one area: making you look incredibly unprofessional. I can get over the UI being ugly; fine, its just a tool to open doors. Whats entirely unacceptable is the app refusing to communicate with lock boxes until you hard reset your iPhone. This has been a consistent problem with the eKEY app and is not being fixed. Time is valuable in the real estate industry, I prefer not to waste it paying for a terrible product that doesnt work. iPhone 7, latest iOS release.

If I could give negative stars I would. For some reason, and Supra has no idea why, the latest iOS makes the key fob inoperable with a 9A0D error message. Supras customer service is atrocious and they should be embarrassed with how they handle themselves. Wasted an entire afternoon and lost a buyer because this company couldnt be bothered to let paying customers know that the key fob we bought will no long work. They have no answer and told me they do not have an answer and I was just out of luck. Good thing Ive paid you over $1k for this garbage.

Please update this app to work better with iOS 7. It looks old right now and is buggy. Realtors pay to use these devices and we need a reliable and stable app!

Unlike the other reviews,I have not yet had any issue with this app. Super easy to use and works every time.

EKey opens and closes immediately and wont let me update. I see where the problem has been around since October! And still not fixed!! Have spent over an hour on phone with Supra and Apple support and no luck. Getting frustrated.

For a simple app it sure needs lots of permissions... too many!

I just updated to iOS 7.0.4 on an iPhone 4S and the app is working fine… The same that it always did with iOS 6. I waited a while before updating to iOS 7 due to some issues others appeared to be experiencing with eKEY but everything seems to be working fine now. I updated the eKey app to its most recent version first and then updated my phone to iOS 7.

Ive used this for the past week now and I am liking it more and more. I was hesitant at first to purchase it. (Bad reviews) I love the monthly withdrawal from my account and I can have multiple accounts. I have not had a single problem. Easy to use and not I dont have to worry about the key not being charged up. My phone is always with me and always charged up. I like the fact that I can add info to the LB.

As soon as you open the app it disappears but does not close. Needs to be updated

Im a ping pong ball. App keeps crashing. ATT says it is Apples fault. Apple says its EKEYs fault. Ekey Says it is both Apple and ATT fault. Nice, ehh? My Clients and I enjoy the 30 min it takes to activate ekey on their phone.

Needs to be updated. Buggy and crashes constantly. Please fix this!!!!

ekey wont work with new iPhone update! Please fix!

I have been using this app since it became available for the iPhone. I first used it on the first iPhone that I have owned, iphone 4. I have had no problems with it. I have always been able to update. You must be aware though, that if you have to restore your iPhone for any reason, the app will lose the authorization code. So if you do restore your iPhone to factory setting, when you restore the app, you must call the toll free number to get re-authorize or head to your local Realtor Association for them to do it for you!! I love the convenience of not having to carry the separate ekey device. I am only using the basic ekey subscription and it has always worked.

My app will not open.

Be patient if youre using Apple phones. It will take time to get used to software and updates.

I’d really like this for my iPad. My iPad is more buyer interactive when showing property.

Dreadful app. Had to get emergency codes 2 times and reinstalled it two other times. All in one months time. Have a current phone with up-to-date OS. App is mostly non-functional. I want a credit but will never see a penny.
