Answers for the location

You dont have to have your location on. Its just with Apple and their iOS update it wants you to have your location on for all apps. If you turn your location off its fine. But if you use ekey professional its best if you have it on because it has the MLS on their and connects to your navigation. Agents should ALWAYS ask Supra when you have these kinds of questions!
