Were in 2015... this app is not. How about an updated clearer UI. Some more options from the app. This should not just be a replacement for the keypad but instead a much better experience.

A+ app in all aspect... I cant recall where I left my original Supra...

I dont even know where to begin. Its a shame that as a Realtor we are forced to buy into such an awful product. I dont have anything good to say about the product or the company. The short story is it doesnt work and customer support is basically nonexistent. Unfortunately since they have a contract with our local real estate board we are forced to use it. The product is spotty at best. I have literally been left stranded at the front door of a showing without being able to access the property because of faulty Supra equipment. This has happened multiple times. Customer support is absolutely the worst Ive ever encountered. Theres never an easy way to get through, its always at least a 20 minute hold time before you can speak with anyone. They are aware that they have issues both with the product and with their wait time but have not done enough to resolve them. Billing is also horrible. Just a word of advice if you cancel your contract (and I hope you do) make sure you wait until the last day of your billing cycle. They will charge you for the full month but cut off your service the day that you cancel and will not prorate you the difference. This technology is supposed to make our lives easier and all it is really doing is taking $ out of our pockets as Realtors and putting it in the pocket of this unethical company. I urge you to meet with your local real estate board and push them to support a different product. There has to be a better, more ethical way to provide this service. If you are reading this as a decision maker on a local real estate board. Run away fast! This is not the product for your hard working members. The bottom line is when I am obligated to pay a monthly fee for a service that is required in my line of work I expect a product that delivers and works as promised. This product is a failure on a good day. Honestly the worst company I have had the unfortunate pleasure to do business with.

Just updated my phone to IOS9 and the app crashes when trying to obtain a key! There is no way to go back to IOS8.

I have been using this for the last 3.5+yrs as a Realtor. I started to use it when they came out with the key fob attachment with the IR reader. It worked well like that. I know use it with just the Bluetooth option for our Supra BT LE boxes. So far it has worked well. I use it on a basic membership as our MLS have their own app to use when on the go.

What is the deal with the notification popup asking if I’m “done with the showing”. There’s literally zero ways for me to “end” a showing other than putting the key back in the box. But, why is it asking the question anyways? It makes NO sense. It doesn’t change how the showing is reported. It’s not something I can tap on sooner than 30 mins after the box opened, and seriously, who takes 30 mins to show most homes anyways??

My experience with the ekey ibox BT has been bitter sweet. No more carrying around an bulky device that has really no other function other than opening a lock box. I can open it with my phone. Problem with this is that if the application isnt working its REALLY difficult to get it fixed. Cant really do it online, the interface is horrid, you need a representative to help you do it, but the wait time for a representative is killer. I hope this helps.

Convenient since it works from my phone. But when it fails, good luck. Ive also had issues if my wireless(Bluetooth) headset is on at the time I need to open a lockbox. Turning off the headset lets e-key work. But not always. When removing a box, it will wait for you to press the "Begin" button before it will start communicating with the lockbox. It could use some updating on the interface to make it logical. Hope this helps.

Every time I use this app, its asks me multiple times to turn on location services. Annoying as hell. I said "No" once. Thats should be it. Options are "Always" and "Never". No option for just when Im using the app. Thats garbage. My location all the time or even when Im using the app is none of Supras business. You people need to fix that.

HI, I think the layout of the app is very outdated, also we need support for the apple watch, would be perfect to use the watch to open Supra. Thank you.

Supra has the app locked down in terms of functionality, Ive never had it not work. But for all the tools available to iOS developers, this app could be so much more, an updated interface would be nice, I have no idea why they removed the "Showings" tab from this app, I think it was incredibly useful to see agent info. I would like to see this app take features from the SupraWeb in terms of assignment, feedback and follow up contacts and reports.

Must bring showings tab back if you want a better review.

It was a five star app till they removed the showings tab. Showings was very important to all the agents and everyone I know is unhappy about this. Please bring showings tab back!!

What an idiotic "update". You can NEVER trust app updates thats why I never do them and have 70 pending. For some reason I updated this and now cannot view my showings. What a waste of $18 a month these companies just continuously making things worse and doing no actual improvements.

Why would you remove the showings icon from the app? Thats what made this app so convenient, now youve made my life more difficult and if Im paying you $18 a month, I expect to know who viewed my lock boxes conveniently.

I have dozens of apps and Ekey is the only one that requires full time usage of location services. Why?

I wish I had never updated. Im not sure why they took the showings tab off, because doing so has just removed an extremely convenient function of this app. I keep checking for an update which adds this function back. Please restore the showings tab.

The Showings tab is not even available now - yet still touted on the Demo version. I was suckered and bought it
