Guess no one wanted to pay extra for the pro eKey if showings was in basic. But, seriously, how lame can you get... Bring it back, and stop being greedy.

Please add "While Using the App" as an option. We dont need to be tracked or burn extra battery life.

Works great for me! Beats having to carry a chip card

This app is infuriating. It constantly crashes and makes you look extremely unprofessional infront of your clients. I cant even show properties today because the app is crashing. Fix this app immediately or give us the normal one at the same price as this buggy horribly unreliable app. We rely on this to run our business. Your terrible app impedes that. We pay good money to rapb and we expect a perfect tool to be able to show properties with. This is unacceptable.

Is anyone experiencing issues with the iPhone app recently? Last 2 days Ive had problems with the app and Ive tried using the adapter to open lockboxes to no avail. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

How embarrassing to have a buyer waiting for an hour outside of the property because the app does not update. We called support 3 times and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer each time. Really frustrating. This is the second time this app did not work and left our agents and buyers out of a sale. Not happy.

Has worked fine for me every time Ive used it. One suggestion is why does it need to use my location constantly in the background? Isnt "allow while using app" an option?

My ekey has stopped syncing updates. Continues to get errors and I cant access lockboxes. Help.

In the beginning I absolutely hated this app it would take 6-8 attempts to open the lockbox. Not to mention I would have to use a key fob with the iPhone 5s. Today we switched to new lockboxes and I am able to unlock the lock box without a key fob using my iPhone 5s quickly and on the first try. I am so impressed I had to leave a good rating because theyve stepped it up and Im looking forward to showing homes and looking like a rockstar

Recently updated to iOS 9.3.1 on iPhone 6+ and eKey stopped working. Error #9A0D comes up every time I try to connect to my FOB. Supra support has no fixes to this error (they will constantly tell you to “Reset Network Settings” to no avail). Don’t upgrade to 9.3.1 if you want to continue to be able to use your iPhone and FOB to access lockboxes. No communication was made to users to hold off on the iOS upgrade (in the past, they would notify us not to upgrade if it broke their app).

I rely on my ekey do access my properties and the majority of time I get an error that the key cant update. Im told I need to make sure I update my key every morning. And I do. Ive uninstalled and re-installed this app countless times. But of course, you can re-install it on site. Its so unpredictable and causes me to make return trips all around the city to go back to properties because I cant gain access. Its ridiculous and especially unfortunate as its the only way to open realtor boxes in my area. Id give no stars if possible.
