Keeps crashing

Im a ping pong ball. App keeps crashing. ATT says it is Apples fault. Apple says its EKEYs fault. Ekey
Says it is both Apple and ATT fault. Nice, ehh? My
Clients and I enjoy the 30 min it takes to activate ekey on their phone.
